Chrysler Repair: 2000 Plymouth Voyager: fuel supply issue, plymouth voyager, issue question

Question
QUESTION: Last night I install a brand new fuel pump and it was working find.  I live at a a high altituge in the las vegas mountains.  This morning after taking my kids to school, was driving home.  The Van jerked a little and it stopped dead cold.  Previous fuel pump did not provide enough fuel pressure.  The Check engine light came on and I took it to get the code and that was the problem.  Now I have the same issue where the van does not want to turn over even with lots of fuel in it.  The fuel pump can be heard turning on when the ignition is on.  Can someone please tell me waht could be wrong?
No engine light came on this morning.

Thanks

ANSWER: It would be very helpful to know the specific 4-digit number of the code.

Answer
You can get a free code readout at Autozone parts stores if you are still having trouble. Let me know if you get any fresh codes. (By disconnecting the battery for a moment you can erase old codes, except that 1684 will be set by that action and so should be ignored).
