Chrysler Repair: Seat panel removal, middle seat, chrylser

For a 2006 Chrylser Town and Country minivan, how do I remove the panel covering the middle seat seat belt housing?  My daughter put her riding crop in there!

Hi Diana,
This is a complex question. I have copied a couple of pages from the index of the manual for the seats which lists all the possible functions of the middle seat arrangements. If you will give me an email address I'll send those to you and then you can possibly identify which specific manual pages you need. There is also a section about the seat belt restraints and how to replace them so if you believe that to get to the missing item it would be the same as replacing a seat belt I can send the index for that section. Keep in mind that I don't have a vehicle to look at, so must rely on your judgement.

PS: There are several different middle seat 'arrangements' as well as I don't find exaxtly what 'panel covering the middle seat seat belt housing' is referring to. I think you might be able to limit the possibilities by looking at these index pages. Otherwise it means my copying a couple of dozen pages and attaching all those to an email.
