Chrysler Repair: code P0700 and P0755, powertrain control module, transmission shift solenoid

Question
i received the above codes on my 2007 pt cruiser. i changed the transmission shift solenoid and still have the same problem that it will not shift gears. i put an volt meter on the red wire coming out of the harness and got a reading of 14.1 but still have no luck. any help would be appreciated.

RELATED TIPM TRANSMISSION DTCS PRESENT
(T19) 2/4 SOLENOID CONTROL CIRCUIT OPEN
(T19) 2/4 SOLENOID CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORT TO GROUND
(T19) 2/4 SOLENOID CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORT TO VOLTAGE
TRANSMISSION SOLENOID/PRESSURE SWITCH ASSEMBLY
POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE
