I have a 2003 dodge caravan I need a chart to tell me what the codes 100 and 100.6 1nd 400.1 mean. It is called a instrument cluster codes chart. Thanks

The 100 code means 'loop-back failure'
The 100.6 code means 'SBEC/DEC/MCM communication failure'
The 400.1 code means 'improper power down detected'
I only have the '04 manual, and it shows for the 100 code that if the code returns after you erase it that the solution is to replace the cluster.
It did not list anything for the other two codes.
To erase the codes you may need a code reader of a fairly high level. But try disconnecting the battery for a minute or so, then see if the code is still there or not. If not, then drive it and see if the cluster works. When/if the cluster acts up or the code comes back then I believe on the basis of the manual it would be appropriate to find another cluster.
Sorry to say I don't have an '03 manual which might say something about the other two codes. The SBEC is the engine controller but I don't know what the DEC or MCM are.
