Chrysler Repair: 2000 Chrysler Concorde headlamp assembly, headlamp assembly, chrysler concorde

Question
I have a cracked LH headlamp assembly.  I have the replacement part.  I could use some help on how best to remove the broken headlamp and replace it.  The cracked headlamp still works, so I'm timid to remove it until I know the proper process to do so.  Thank you.
