Chrysler Repair: 2008 Town & Country Transmission Return Line, quick disconnects, transmission oil

Question
For a 2008 Town & Country (touring with the 3.8 engine):

1.) Which line is the return line for the transmission oil back to the transmission.

2.) How do I remove the front grille?  I really only need to remove the grille to get the access I need, but if that requires removing the front facia, then what is that procedure.

Answer
Hi Jason,
At the cooler, the upper nipple is the inlet and the lower nipple is the outlet. At the transmission the forward nipple is the return line, the aft nipple is the supply line to the cooler (that is from the '02 manual).
You also have to use a tool for the quick disconnects, a Miller 8875A tool. There is about a page showing how that is done that I can xerox and mail to you, or it may come with the tool.
To remove the lines:
Remove the two large screws that secure the front fascia and the outboard ends of the radiator sight shield to the radiator closure panel crossmember.
Remove the five small screws that secure the front fascia grille insert to the radiator sight shield.
Remove the sight shield from the crossmember
Remove the two bolts that secure the hood latch to the front of the radiator closure panel crossmember amd move the latch out of the way over top of the crossmember. Mark the location of the latch for reinstallation.
Using tool 8875A diconnect the transmission oil cooler line quick-connect fittings located on the driver side of the A.C condenser from the transmission oil cooler.
Install is the reverse.
