Chrysler Repair: Power Windows:02 Sebring, only drivers works, postal mail, lock switch

Question
My mother has a 2002 Sebring Sedan.  All four power windows work fine from her driver door master console.  However none of the other three windows work from their own individual controls.  The window lock switch on the drivers door can be clicked into engage/disengage positions but has no effect on the indiviual door controls.  Could this be as simple as a fuse?  I'd hate to waste repair money on something as simple as a fuse.  Thank You,  Ed

Answer
Hi Ed,
No there is only 1 fuse for the entire system. I suspect that the lock out switch's internal contact is oxidized or possibly broken. The power to those individual window controls is provided by that unlock contact. You could remove the master switch and then spray some electronic contact cleaner into the interior with a straw applicator from the pressure can. Or jump a wire from pin 1 to pin 5 of the plug and that will power up all the other controls permanently if that is not an issue.
I do notice that to remove the switch requires that you remove the trim panel from the door which is a multi-step process. So maybe you could try squirting the electronic cleaner into the gap immediately adjacent to the lockout switch in the hopes that might reach the surface of the  internal contact. If that doesn't work I can xerox copy the pages that shows how to remove the trim panel and postal mail it to you.
There is one other possible place to do a jump to establish the connection. There are a couple of 12-pin connectors at the front door opening that carry the wires from the door to the instrument panel side of the interface. The blue one carries these power window wires. If you jumped a wire from pin 4 (the general power lead, tan) to pin 1 (the power to the other window switch lead, yellow) that would solve the lack of power to the other switches. That may be easier than removing the trim panel of the door if spraying the contact cleaner doesn't do it.
