Chrysler Repair: oil pan, engine oil cooler, transmission oil cooler

I have a 2002 chrysler 300m 3.5L. Two other mech. have tried to replace the cast alum. oil pan and both have broke them. Is there any tips, do's and don'ts.Is there a bolt tightening sequence? Any advice would be appreciated.

REMOVAL
Disconnect negative cable from remote jumper terminal.
Remove dipstick and tube.
Raise vehicle on hoist and drain engine oil.
Remove structural collar from rear of oil pan and transmission housing (STRUCTURAL COLLAR).
Disconnect engine oil cooler line from pan.
Disconnect transmission oil cooler line clips.
Remove oil pan (OIL PAN).
Remove oil pan gasket.
Clean oil pan and all gasket surfaces.
