How do I rr a hood latch cable on a 2009sebring?

Hi Eric,
I don't have a manual for such a new vehicle. However have you checked the warranty to see if the dealer might do it for free?
If not, then I would suspect that if you look up from under the vehicle that you will see a lever arm that is projecting forward from the latch and that if you push that lever toward the driver side that the latch will relesase the hood and you can then go about putting in a new cable. That is how it is typically done, but I can't know for certain.
The lever would probably be seen between the front of the radiator and the grille.
Once you have it open you will see the end of the cable is supposed to be attached to that lever but now it isn't. You will have to thread a new cable through the housing to the cabin handle. I will look at the '05 manual to see what else I can tell you.
