How to repair or replace a rocker arm on a 1995 Chrysler Concorde?

The upper intake manifold is removed, then the valve cover, and then the rocker arm shaft is removed. Then the arms are removed from the shaft. There are lots of details you should have before you start. I can xerox copy and postal mail you the pages from the manual if you would like. Tell me which engine you have because the 3.3 and 3.5L engines have different parts, etc.
