Answer
Hi Devale,
I don't have enough information to give you a detailed answer. I will need to know the letter or number of the 20 amp fuse that you originally found to be blown in the box under the hood. Was it fuse O, or can you tell me where it is located in that box? Is that the fuse socket where you put in a 25 amp fuse, or was that a different fuse socket?
The interior lights, power mirror, and radio are all powered by fuse I in that underhood box, and by fuse 19 in the dash box, so check those to see which is blown.
I would begin to unravel this problem by unplugging the hazard/turn signal switch's plug so as to take it out of the circuit. It is probably failed in the manner that is shorting the current to ground, which blows fuse O.
Which kind of AC control panel do you have: a conventional type or a digital type? Check fuse 17 in the dash fuse box and let me know if it is blown.
Don't put any new fuses in anywhere until this is sorted out. But start by unplugging the hazard/turn signal switch's plug, then tell me the answers to my questions.
