QUESTION: tried the 15amp fuse marked int lights....top of fuse box under hood.  Swapped it with two other 15 amp fuses in the box....no luck, any other ideas.

Answer
Hi Jeff,
With a voltmeter see if you have 12v on that fuse (both sides) and then go the upper right multiwire plug on the fuse box that is under the dash and see if you hav 12v on pink/violet wire at pin 15 which is supplied out of fuse 18. Does the glove box light work? If so then the power is getting to pin 15.  If not, then the power is not getting to the fuse box because of an open wire. If you have voltage on pin 15,  then check if you get 12v on on the same color wire on pin 19 of the same plug. If so, the the lights should work, if not then there is a problem inside the fuse box. If there is power on pin 19 and the rest of lights don't work, then there is a multipin blue connector at the base of the right side B-pillar (behind the front door) that is disconnected.
