Chrysler Repair: Heater core, chrysler sebring, gas pedals

Question
I have a 2007 chrysler Sebring (2.4cyl) with 53k milesand my heater core is messed up. It leaks water into the cab rightvesifr the gas pedals and has a sound like water rushing from one side of the car to the other when I turn. I was told this could be a confensation build up in a box underneath the dash and not the heater core. 1. is that a reasonable explanation an how can I find out if that's what it is? 2. If it is the heater core should it already be going out on a car that is stil realativily new? And would that be covered by a warranty? If this isn't somthing u could help with could u tell me anywhere tha might as I am also in the Atlanta area?

Answer
Do u have low coolant in the system?  if not then I doubt it would be a heater core.
There is a TSB for water in the hvac housing  and to replace the cabin filter.
If u are out of 3 year or 36k miles U dont have a factory warranty.
