Chrysler Repair: 2001 Town & Country LXI 3.3L : Cabin air speed, salvage yard, ebay

Question
Hey again Kevin,

I asked you a little while back about the air "surging" from high to low in my a/c system when the cabin is hot. Well, you were right on in your answer. Seems that the dash control unit has a problem. I would like to get a used one from a salvage yard or ebay to save a few $$$. My question is can you tell me how to remove the center bezel assembly to get the control unit out? I really appreciate your help!

Answer
Using a trim stick or another suitable wide flat bladed tool, gently pry the top edge of the rear heater-A/C control bezel away from the headliner far enough to release the two snap clip retainers (Heater-A/C Control).
Pull the rear heater-A/C control and bezel unit rearward far enough to access the headliner wire harness connector on the back of the control.
Disconnect the headliner wire harness connector for the rear heater-A/C control from the control connector receptacle.
Remove the rear heater-A/C control from the headliner.
Remove the three screws that secure the rear heater-A/C control to the bezel (Heater-A/C Control Bezel).
Remove the rear heater-A/C control from the bezel.
