Chrysler Repair: 96 breeze speedo/odo dont work, speed sensors, plymouth breeze

Question
Hello,
I have a '96 Plymouth breeze 2.0, automatic. The speedometer quit working a while ago and with it the odometer. Everything else is working on the cluster. The car runs perfect.
So far I replaced the BCM , ECU, cluster, speed sensors -input and output, ... and I don't know what else I have to replace..but at this point I think that I may have an damaged wire somewhere. If anyone has a diagram or a way to test the continuity or ANY suggestions please let me know .
Thank you very much
Sev

Answer
Hi Sev,
I don't think the issue is in the cluster because the CCD bus carries that speedo info plus alot of other info that is being received on the bus without a problem. The TCM sends its speed sensor data on a white/orange wire from TCM pin 58 to PCM pin 66. The output sensor signal itself is wired from plug pin 2 to pin 14 of the TCM (light green/violet), and the sensor ground wire is from pin 1 to pin 13 of the TCM (dark blue/brown). So you could check those three wires to be sure none is 'open' and that the signal wires are not shorted to ground. The PCM sends the data on the bus to the bcm and the bcm sends the data on the bus to the cluster. Because you are only missing the speedo/odo data and nothing else, I believe the issue starts somewhere before the PCM, in the wires I referenced above, or the sensor itself.
You could check all these fuses which are used somewhere or other by the cluster:
7 and 11 in the box behind the left end cap of the dash, and 2,7,8,9,10 in the box that is in the engine compartment.
There is a cluster self-diagnostic test that you can initiate by pushing in and holding the  trip reset button, then turn the key to run position and release the button. A variety of test will then occur, one of which should be the speedo showing in order: 100,75,55, and 20 mph.
So see if you observe that or not.
