where is the EGR solenoid located on a 3.0L Mitsubishi engine

Hi Jimmy,
I don't have an '01 Sebring manual, but similar vehicles with the 3.0L engine have an egr pipe branch off of the exhaust pipe that crosses over the front of the engine, going from the front toward the rear of the car. Once you find the egr valve in that pipe, a little higher up, notice that it has a couple of vacuum lines. Follow those vacuum lines to the egr solenoid which is mounted a little higher yet, near the front bank valve cover.
