Chrysler Repair: 99 Sebring JXI Weak Spark, 4 digit numbers, distributor cap

Difficult to start after sitting stationary in rain. Sounds like it's on the verge of running but sputters and dies. Will eventually start and run perfectly after 3 minutes of cranking. Have replaced Distributor Cap, Rotor, Wires, and Plugs. Considering replacing Ditributor itself.

Hi Michael,
Use the ignition key to do a fault code readout: "on-off-on-off-on and leave on" doing that in 5 seconds or less elapsed time. Then watch the odomter window to see of the mileage reading changes to show any 4-digit numbers preceded by a P. Let me know and we'll go from there.
