Chrysler Repair: 1999 Sebring 2.5L P0700/P0750, solenoid pack, infinite resistance

Question
I'm at a loss on where to continue in my diagnostics.  I've seen codes of P1782 intermittent, P0750 hard code, and P0700 on my scan tool, and in addition my shift indication on the instrument cluster switches (randomly it seems) between no boxes around any shift position and boxes around all shift positions.  I performed the troubleshooting tests for the P0750 with results that point to the TCM:  L-R sol control resistance to ground infinite, TCR relay output to L-R sol control (at TCM) resistance 1.9 ohms, resistance b/w both grounds at TCM connector and chassis ground 0.5 ohms.  In addition I performed the tests for no response from TCM since my scan tool is unable to connect to the TCM:  Verified 12V at fused B+ at TCM connector, resistance b/w CCD bus + and - from the TCM connector to the data link connector 0 ohms.  I checked operation of the transmission range sensor by checking resistances b/w four outputs to the TCM and ground:  infinite resistance when expected for given shift selection and anywhere from 3-70 ohms when expected for short circuit to ground.  I have just replaced the TCM and I have the exact same symptoms (so not TCM after all though I'd have bet on it earlier based on the troubleshooting results).  The only thing left I can think of is solenoid pack which would explain the P0750, but then why is my shift indication at instr. cluster messed up?  Any ideas where to go from here?

Answer
Hi Chris,
I have to admit that I can't follow exactly what you are reporting to me. What does 'b/w' mean?
Do I understand that the range sensor is not showing the expected results in its resistance tests? Wouldn't that explain the shift indicator problem?
Both the 0750 and 1782 have a possible cause of solenoid pack malfunction. So on that basis my belief is that you should replace that assembly.
