Chrysler Repair: 2000 T&C Headlights Out, fuse box, circuit details

Headlights will not turn on.  All other lights work.  Is there a single fuse or relay for Hi/Low beam?  What can I check?

I am going to have to do some research on this one. I assume that your '00 has the single intergrated power module set up, under hood, and that there is no other fuse box inside the cabin? Let me know if otherwise, as I assumed that design started with the '00 model.  The '02 manual I have to work with shows almost no details about the headlamps other than the tie-in between front control module (front section of the ipm) and the body computer for that circuit. Otherwise it is 'black box' as regards which fuses are involved and I don't even see a headlamp relay. I do also have the '04 and '05 manuals which I want to check to verify it is the same set up and see if there is any better trouble-shooting suggestions there or more circuit details.
