How do i replace instrument panel lights on a 2002 Chrysler town and country

Hi Claude,
With the electronic transmission range selector type of indicator (which is the likely type you have in the T&C), the instrument cluster removal is as follows:
disconnect the battery negative clamp
remove 'over steering column bezel' by pulling straight up firmly
remove 4 cluster bezel attaching screws
tilt column to the full down position
pull rearward on the cluster bezel and remove
remove 4 screws holding instrument cluster to dash
rotate top of cluster outward
disconnect cluster electical harness connectors
remove cluster

The lamps are on the back side and are removed by 1/4 turn (according to the '98 manual, there is nothing specific about the lamps in the '02 manual).
