Answer
Hi Levi,
If it seems to be totally dead, including no interior courtesy lights, then I would believe that you have a flaky connection of the battery to the vehicle. The courtesy lights are powered directly from the battery by fuse I in the power box under the hood and fuse 19 in the box behind the dash. Coupled with no starter action, etc. I believe it could be either a loose/corroded battery clamp connection (+ or-) or a poor connection of the wire on the - post clamp where it attaches to the body near the underhood power box. So check those connections for shinyness and thightness. But before touching the + post battery clamp be sure to disconnect the - post clamp. Similarly put the + post clamp back first, then the - post clamp.
The various noises may be coming from modules that are supposed to get power all the time and do this when they are first powered up. If instead you do have courtesy lights, then it might be the ignition switch, but it could still be a poor connection as well, so do the above before anything else.
