Chrysler Repair: 97 Neon: blower motor location, blower motor resistor, fuse block

Question
QUESTION: where on a 1997 neon is the blower motor located at.

ANSWER: Hi Nicole,
It is on the bottom of the unit that distributes the air, under the dash, at the passenger-side end of it.
What is the problem? It may not be the blower, so let me know the specifics. For example if it only runs on high speed, that would be a problem with the blower motor resistor block, not the motor itself.

QUESTION: it dont blow anything out nothing at all.

Answer
Hi Nicole,
How is the blower motor situation?
Earlier this month I answered your question about your car and hope that is is repaired now. I have a favor to ask:
I am competing to be recognized as 'volunteer of the month' at this site. Would take a moment to click on the "Thank/rate the expert" button below?  You will then see a question which asks whether to nominate me for that award. If you then click on "yes" that would give me another vote. Thank you for your help.

Have you checked fuse #5 (30 amp size) in the fuse block located behind the cap on the left end of the dash? That could cause this. Otherwise it probably is the blower motor which you can change out yourself.
