Answer
Hi Vladas,
That sounds to me like the torque converter lockup feature is not releasing when you have it engaged (which happens normally when the speed exceeds about 65 kmh) so that when you slow down it is as if you had a manual transmission/clutch vehicle but forgot to push in the clutch as you slow down.
It may be fixed by removing the valve body from the transmission and checking and cleaning the torque converter control and torque converter clutch valves. This can be done by dropping the oil pan (collecting the fluid) and removing the valve body. Be careful when removing the body as there are two additional pistons that may drop out from the unit that are held in place by the valve body so you want to remove it very slowly to watch the spece above the body to see where they drop out of and which way they are supposed to be installed.
If the transmission fluid smells burnt you may want to first try a completer flush out of the old fluid and replacement with ATF +4 fluid to see if that might loosen up the valves. If neither changing the fluid nor cleaning the valves solves the problem then it will require servicint the clutch itself which unfortunately requires removing the transmission from the vehicle.
