I am working on a 02 chrysler sebring convertable touring.

How do i remove the multi function switch on the steering wheel coulumn?

Hi Cymone,
I have the '03 manual but it gives the procedure for removing the entire column from the car of which step 19 is how to remove the upper and lower shrounds from the column which is what you need to do to get inside to remove the multi-function switch. At that point in the procedure all you need to do is to remove the two screws on the under side of the column that hold the upper and lower shrouds together, then squeeze on the upper shroud just above the seam that hold the two together and lift up on the upper shroud; then tilt the wheel to the highest position and remove the lower shroud. If you find that the instrument panel parts and the steering wheel get in the way of doing this shroud removal action then you will need to go through the other 18 steps. I would prefer to xerox copy and postal mail you the 2 pages that list all those steps and show some figures. So let me know if you need those and tell me a postal mailing address.
