Chrysler Repair: Chrysler 300m analog clock, analog clock, chrysler 300m

Question
I read your answer to the analog clock on removal. I have another question on that clock is the clock bad if it just stops working or is there a power source that is controlled by a fuse that may have gone bad for it to stop working.

                                          Thanks

Answer
Hi Joe,
The clock is powered by the same fuse that powers the interior lights when the car is shut down (called the ignition off draw fuse, #19) so if your cabin lights work that fuse is OK. The clock may either be faulty or the wire from the fuse to the clock may be "open". You can gently pry out the air distribution bezel that also holds the clock and check for 12v on the pink wire.
