Question2005 chrysler town and country. Replaced the p/s rack and the pump eight months ago. car came back with rubber hose blown off the line between the rack and the cooler. It has the little spring clamps on the hose. any idea why the hose blew off clamp and all.

There would not seem to be a reason for pressure to blow it off, however the manual does say that the clamp has to be positioned beyond the 'bead' of the fitting to which it mates and so it may be the case that whoever installed them didn't notice the need to apply the clamp on the other side of the bead.
