hi i ran out of follow up questions with Kevin ad he asked me what kind of key i have a black or silver one. what does he mean

I believe he is talking about the "cap" on the key which would indicate whether or not you have the smart key immobilizer system which has a 'chip' in it cap for security against starting the engine without the proper key via ring which surrounds the ignition cylinder and 'senses' the chip. So tell him the color.
