Chrysler Repair: Blower motor resistor: 02 minivan, blower motor resistor, rubber bumper

QUESTION: I have bought a blower motor resistor hoping it fixes the problem of the blower only blowing out on high (front control).  
My question is where is it...yes I know behind the glove box...but where??? up, down, to the right or left...a picture would be great.

The resistor block is located behind the glove box. Open the box and pinch in the sides near the upper edge so that the rubber bumper/stops clear the opening and so the box will drop out of the opening. You will then see it mounted on the panel at the front. Remove its plug (release clips on side of plug if any). Then unscrew the two screws that hold it in the panel and pull it out. Then check the new one to be sure the resistors aren't touching, move gently if they are. Insert new one, screw it in, replace plug, replace glove box. That should get you back all the speeds.
