Chrysler Repair: turn signal on 93 Lebaron Landau, parking brakes, fuse box

Question
QUESTION: my passenger side rear turn signal on 93 lebaron 6 cyl stopped blinking. The driver side and hazards work. replacing the bulb did not change anything. Is is the Flasher. Where is it located
and is it easily accessible and how do i replace it .can u send a picture of the flasher. thanks

ANSWER: Hi Rocky,
I assume this is a Lebaron convert/coupe model, let me know otherwise.
There are actually 4 relays, one for each corner of the car, and that is probably what is faulty, not the combo flasher. There is a relay block on the left kick panel (to the left of the driver's left leg)  and if you go to the 3rd row and find the rear most relay that is the one that powers the right rear turn and stop lamps. The relay just in front of it is the left side rear relay. You could switch those two relays to test whether the problem jumps to the other side rear corner, and if it does then that would prove you need a new relay. If not, then I would suspect a wiring problem between the relay and the bulbs or perhaps a problem with the relay actuation circuit. But start by switching the relays. The relays immediately below in the 4th row are for the front turn signal/hazard bulbs.

QUESTION: No. this is not a convert/coupe model. It is 4 door sedan 93 lebaron 6 cyl. are the relays in the fuse box on the left near the parking brakes or hood release.

ANSWER: There is no turn signal relay on the Lebaron Landau 4dr sedan.
Does the right brake light also not work?
I would suggest that you remove the bulb and test the dark green/white wire at the lamp socket to see if it shows 12V compared to ground (any shiny metal surface nearby) when the foot brake is applied, and whether or not it also shows 12V pulsing when the white turn signal is activated with the ignition 'on'. Then we can work backward from there. Also for info can you tell me if you have a "lamp outage" readout module in the cabin that tells you if a bulb is burned out?

QUESTION: Thanks Roland,
The brake light is in the center of the rear window and it works. what should i do. u mentioned about green/white wire test for 12v,  do i need to test that now  if brake light works a nd if  so what instrument i need to do that etc?

Answer
Hi Rocky,
I am still uncertain about whether you have the lamp outage warning module in the cabin? Also I am not sure if the right rear running light works, whether the right hazard flasher light works, whether the right brake light works, and whether the right turn signal works? And is the right front lighting working properly for those same functions?  All those are provided by a single bulb with two filaments. Please tell me the answer to all those questions.
I also found an error in the wiring diagrams and so the wire at the right rear bulb socket that runs the brighter filament (brake/turn signal) is actually brown/white. The dimmer filament (running light) is black/pink, and the common ground wire is black. So please go to that bulb and verify for me that those are the colors at that socket.
Once I have the answers I will tell you the wiring pathway back to the turn signal switch which you can trace with a simple voltmeter or a 12V glow light voltage tester, and thus find out where you are loosing the voltage.
