Chrysler Repair: no spark: 2001 sebring 2.4L, crank pulley, pulley bolt

Question
no spark 2001 sebring 2.4 replaced coil , crank and cam sensors  still no spark  no codes   i do have 12 volts to coil

Answer
Hi Albert,
Check that fuse 23 is good and that it has 12v on it (check both pins so as to verify the fuse isn't blown) when the key is in the run/start positions. Also check fuse 25 to be sure it isn't blown. Both of these are in the powerdistribution center under the hood. If that doesn't correct it, then check that both the cam and crank sensor are pulsing when you turn the engine over by hand by means of a socket and ratchet on the crank pulley bolt with the ignition in the 'run' position. The sensors have black/light blue ground wire and a 5v violet/white wire, and the signal wires are tan/yellow for the cam sensor and gray/black for the crank sensor. Use fine pins to pierce the signal and ground wires. Then measure between the pins with a voltmeter and it should pulse between 0.3 and 5V several times per engine crank revolution.
Let me know if you don't find something that explains the no spark after doing these things.
