Chrysler Repair: P0352 DTC, powertrain control module, crank sensor

Question
Hi Kevin.....I own a 2000 Intrepid with the infamous 2.7. Shortly after buying the car I changed the spark plugs. That's when things started! It threw a P0352 DTC right away with an obvious misfire. I checked the #2 plug, coil, (by swapping out with good parts). checked the wiring back to the PCM including continuity, all checks out OK. I finally swapped out the PCM with a used one just to see if that was the problem.....nope! The ASD relay is good, nothing is shorted to ground. I can't help but thinking that I broke a wire to the COP connector while changing the plugs, but I just cant find it! The coils are all getting voltage!
I guess it's time to head to the dealer to see if the computer there might pick up the problem. BTW, the cam pos sensor was changed months ago. Could a bad Crank Pos Sensor cause a P0352?
I have looked at the Dodge troubleshooting list for this DTC........covered them all.....what could I be missing?
Any guidance would be appreciated!  Thanks,  Ed
