how do you  change a oil pan casket on a 2000 seabring convertible?

Hi Rick,
Here are the steps:
Remove negative battery cable from remote post
Remove oil drain plug and drain oil
Remove exhaust manifold corss-under pipe.
Remove drive belt splash shield
Remove dip stick tube
Remove starter motor
Remove engine to transmission struts/bending braces
Remove inspection plate of transmission
Remove oil pan
Use 4 mm bead of RTV to form new gasket, tighten screws to 50 inch-pounds
Reverse removal procedure
