How to adjust headlights, they are way too low!

Hi Kenneth,
I am looking at a figure in the '96 manual that shows 5 items on each side of the top panel/ radiator closure panel. Starting at the outside, some sort of round fitting, then a hole inside of which is a slotted device which when turned will raise or lower the headlamp angle, then a hexagonal bolt head, then a hole in which there is a bubble level to indicate the amount of tilt to the headlamp which should change as you turn the slotted device, then a hole inside of which there is an adjustment device for the left/right direction of the headlamp. So take a look for those and you should be able to adjust each headlamp.
