Chrysler Repair: How much it cost to fix a P0743 Torque Convertr Clutch System Electrical, torque converter clutch, dodge grand caravan

I have a 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan that is currently not passing the emission test.  It failed the MIL Command and the part referenced was the P0743 Torque Converter Clutch System Electrical.  How much will it cost to get this fixed?  Can you recommend a reliable mechanic in Cobb County, GA?

You might ask the other Chrysler expert, Kevin, as he works in Atlanta.
On the cost of repair: I need to ask you whether your van's gear selector shows
1,2,D or does it show 1,2,3,OD? The nature of the repair depends strongly upon which. Let me know and I can then tell you more.
