Chrysler Repair: 2002 Chrysler Town and Country Cabin Filter, chrysler town and country, chrysler dealership

Question
QUESTION: I changed the cabin filter on my T&C Limited and it was saturated with oil. I cleaned out the access door, wiped everything down and replaced the filter. Two months later, the filter has oil on it again. Clearly oil, not antifreeze. Where can this be coming from? AC and heater work fine. Also, Chrysler dealership repaired valve cover, air intake, and oil pan gaskets 3 months prior to me changing the filter.

ANSWER: is it engine oil or what color oil?   the only thing that would be inside would be freon oil or coolant.

QUESTION:   I am assuming the dealership spilled oil into the vent intake by the windshield and done a poor job of cleaning it up (I am glad Chrysler pulled their affiliation with this dealership.) I wanted someone with Chrysler knowledge to confirm what I suspect. The dealer denied that possibility and told me I should run it in so they could check it out. This time I feel I am smarter than the average bear!
Hard to tell, but if it is freon oil, the ac should have seized the compressor or the freon would have escaped the system I would think. If I had to guess, engine oil. It is not coolant. Thanks for your help.

Answer
did u have an oil change done from then b4 this?   if not   then why would there be oil any where near the upper vent that is next to the windshield?  Even the worst oil change guy I would not ever think he would haft to have oil any where near there.   WHat color is this oil u see.
