Chrysler Repair: chrysler fifth ave 1991: radio/ window motors?, chrysler fifth ave, deluxe radio

HI I am hust picking up a 1991 chrysler fifth ave (new yorker) the windows on the drivers side will not work Is there a relay to these ?Or would it be the motors? the passenger side works ...the radio also will not come on? i checked inside fuses ...?thanks any help you can give mne would be great!!as it does not look like there is a free manual online...

There is no separate relay for the driver's side window. It could either be the switch contacts or the motor in the door. If you want to test the switch, gently pry up from its mounding and verify that there is continuity between pins 2 and 7/ 3 and 5 when you press up, and between 3 and 7/2 and 5 for down after removing the electrical plug. If the switch is good, then the motor is gone.
On the radio, check with a meter or by replacing fuse #16 (15 amp) which powers the amplifier of the deluxe radio; also check fuse 20 (10 amp) which powers the control panel part of the radio. The fuse might appear good but may not be electrically so you have to test it or replace it to be sure.
