Chrysler Repair: 1995 eagle vision anti-theft, computer need, accurate count

Question
QUESTION: Hi I had a problem with anti-theft I did a code (open pass door then driver door) and it worked I then had to change neg cable end on batt and this code will not work is there any way to bypass or another code Thanks

ANSWER: Hi Christopher,
I would like to know what you mean by "did a code" so I can better understand. There is a way of electrically signalling the body computer that the door has been unlocked, but before getting into that, try to disconnect the battery (both clamps), then touch the clamps together for about a minute. Then reconnect to battery and give it another try. Let me know the answer to my question and what happened if this doesn't help.

QUESTION: Hey Roland I tried disconnecting both clamps it did not work, What I mean by code is I was told that if I unlock passenger door and then open it and then driver door it would reset anti theft and it did work until I changed cable end. just to let you know what it is doing none of the gages work and it will start up but shuts right off

ANSWER: Hi Christopher,
The gauges not working suggests that the digital data bus that includes the body computer and powertrain computer is impaired. Check fuses 14 and 17 behind the dash. Then check for fault codes:igition switch "on-off-on-off-on and leave on" doing that in 5 seconds or less elapsed time. Then watch the check engine light, which remains on, to begin to flash, pause, flash, etc. Count the number of flashes before each pause. Then repeat to be sure of an accurate count. Then tell me the counts in order of appearance.
The anti-theft functions by the digital data bus, and so if it is impaired it will default to the alarmed out condition.

QUESTION: Fuses 14 17 good, when I did on-off-on-off-on no flashes, could the computer need to be flashed ?

Answer
No, lets try a direct attack on the body computer...
You need to get to the body computer which is mounted on the right side cowl, in the cabin, under the dash, just in front of the passenger door opening. Here is how you do that:
remove the end cover at the very far right end of the dash
remove right cowl trim panel and pull back carpeting to expose the dash liner. Notice that there are perforations in the dash liner.
cut along the perforations and pull the dash liner back which exposes the body computer. It has three plugs, you need to deal with a wire on the black plug so you may find it easier to remove the computer from the cowl which you do by removing 2 screws (one is oblong hole at knee bolster) and one push-pin. Now locate the light green/orange wire on pin #3 of the black plug. Put a straight pin through the insulation so as to contact the internal conducting wire.
Then making sure that all three plugs are still connected to the computer, use a conducting wire jumper to connect the straight pin to any shiny metal body part structure nearby which serves as a "ground".  Then remove the jumper pin-to-ground connection and try starting the car to see if that clears the alarm.
Then never use the power door locks when exiting the car.  The light green/orange wire is in fact the one that is connected to both door key lock cylinders. The wire has fatigued and broken in both of your front doors so that is why you can't disable the alarm once it is set. When you unlock the door you do essentially what you did with the jumper wire, if the wires were not broken.
Let me know if something isn't clear.
