Chrysler Repair: right turn signal-2005 sebring, turn signal switch, fuse box

Question
I changed the light bulb on the right rear turn signal, but it still isnt working.  The dash blinker is still a fast blinking.

Answer
Is the right front turn signal working? If so, then it is either a poor socket that needs to be cleaned/changed or a disconnect in the wire from the fuse box to that bulb socket for from that socket to ground nearby. The only way to be sure is to try a voltmeter, putting one of the probes on the center pin of the socket and the other on any shiny chassis metal surface nearby while the turn is activated to see whether or not you are getting a pulsing 12v between those to points. If so, then I would suspect that the black wire from the socket to the ground point (a screw near the deck lid latch) is disconnected. If not, then the light green wire at the socket is disconnected nearby to the socket (chect for voltage pulsing at that socket on the same wire) of somehow the wire from pin 4 of the white 12-pin connector on the back of the underdash fuse box is disconnected along the way to the rear.
If the right front turn signal is not flashing either, then the contacts in the turn signal switch are probably not making good connection so you might try spraying some contact cleaner inside the turn signal switch.
It is just a matter of chasing down where the voltage is getting lost using a volt meter.
