Chrysler Repair: 98 stratus: no start, crankshaft, odometer

i was driving and my car completely lost pwr,no breaks,no pwr steering,couldnt shift into park, i also could not restart car we had coil checked its good next step im guessing is crankshaft and pcm is this correct? there is gas in it and fuel is flowing was checked.

Try to get the fault code readout. Turn the ignition key:"on-off-on-off-on and leave on" doing that in 5 seconds or less elapsed time. Then watch the odometer window to see if it changes to show 4-digit codes preceeded by a P. Or watch the check engine light to see if it begins to flash, pause, flash, etc. If so, count the number of flashes before each pause. Then tell me either the numbers or the number of flashes. Tell me which engine you have.
