Chrysler Repair: alarm problems/no start: 96 Breeze, plymouth breeze, fuse box

Question
I HAVE A 96 PLYMOUTH BREEZE THE ALARM TURNED ON AND I TRIED TO OPER THE DOOR AND PUT THE KEY IN THE IGNITION TO CUT THE ALARM OFF BUT THE VAN WOULD NOT START AT ALL THE IS NO ANSWER WHEN I TURN THE KEY WHAT CAN I DO

Answer
Hi Israel,
Use the key on the passenger door. Lock it, then unlock it. Then try to start it.
It may not be the alarm that is causing your problem because you wrote "The is no answer when I turn the key"... That has nothing to do with the alarm system. The starter motor will work even in the alarmed status. It will crank, start, but then die in a couple of seconds.
So if you can't get the starter motor to function then it is not the alarm system. Listen for a loud click when you try the starter. If you don't get that, then listen for a soft click at the starter motor relay inside the fuse box under the hood (open the box, have a helper try the key to operate the starter, the relay is in the very rear of the box, at the lower level...front one on the outside). If you don't get a soft click from that relay, then try the move the gear shift lever slightly off-center in either the park, or neutral, shifter position.
Then see if the starter motor will work.
Those are things to try. Let me know what you observe if you can't get the starter motot to activate. You said Breeze, then you said van; is this a car or a mininvan?
