Chrysler Repair: 96 Chrysler Town&Country with code P0736, solenoid pack, transmission control module

Question
My van has the code P0736 reverse incorrect gear ratio and I have changed the input and output shaft speed sensors. It is still in limp mode. It only has Low and the speedometer works. What could be the problem? torque converter,solenoid pack,transmission control module,or a rebuild?
