The HVAC and the power windows stopped working and the airbag light is on in my 2002 PT Cruiser

Hi Bill,
I am sorry to report that I don't yet have a manual for the PT Cruiser or I would be able to suggest exactly which fuses to check out for a possible cause for the non-function of those 2 systems. I will check the Autozone parts website to see if I can get that.
On the air bag light, it too could be a fuse but another possibility is that the flexible connection between the steering wheel and the steering column which is necessary for the airbag to function if needed may have fatigued and opened up, which will also cause the light to come on. That connection is called the 'clockspring' and it may be worth checking to see if the warranty for a safety device like this may still be in effect. You could check the owner's manual or sales paperwork for that information. Also check the government's NHTSA web site for any recalls on the clockspring and info about the requisite warranty, should that be the cause of the warning light.
