Chrysler Repair: 1996 Cirrus: Interior door open signal, 1996 chrysler cirrus, door latch

My 1996 Chrysler Cirrus has many of the same problems I have read on this site, but I am also having the problem of my interior overhead light blinking, the door open chime constantly ringing, and the electric locks going up and down.  I turned off the overhead light, but the chime and the door locks keep going constantly as long as the car is moving.m  The open door indicator also blinks off and on with the sound of the chime.  Please help!

One of the 4 doors is too loosely latched. Try pulling out on each door from the outside, or pushing out on each door from the inside, to see which one turns on the interior lights (make sure you have turned it back on). Then move the door latch striker that is mounted on the door frame for that door a slight bit inward. Just loosen its fasteners and move it, then retighten the fasteners. That should end this problem, but you need to figure out which door is too loose.
