Chrysler Repair: Radiator Problems for my 2000 Chrysler LHS, 2000 chrysler lhs, chrysler lhs

Question
Roland, So my Chrysler 2000 LHS  has been over heating for a while now. Went and got a radiator flush and that worked for about a week. Then it started over heating again. Had the thermostat changed and it is still over heating!!Theres nothing leaking though!

Answer
Hi Sarah,
Can you tell me more about the symptoms of overheating:
How soon after starting, what tells you it is overheating, any loss of fluids from the overflow bottle, do the radiator fans come on, what is the local temperature at the time, are you using 50/50 antifreeze? Was the flush one that simply involved using chemicals, or was the radiator removed and tested/cleaned out at a radiator shop? Have you looked to see if the fins of the radiator might be obstructed by crud/leaves or something similar. Those are some data that might help focus on why this is happening. Also which engine do you have(L)?
