Chrysler Repair: 2000 chrysler LHS, radiator fans, chrysler lhs

i back flowed the heater core and sitting still heat came out hot. when driveing it went back to cold. any ideas would help. thank you for your time.

Hi Michael.
Did you tell me about the reading of the temperature gauge on the dash when you are driving? If it doesn't read about 1/3 to 1/2 scale then I would believe that the thermostat is opening at too low a temperature.
What about the refilling process. Did you get a funnel as I described and follow the instructions for filling the system?  
Are the radiator fans blowing all the time, perhaps?
There is nothing else I can suggest to you.
