Is it very difficult to replace the blower motor in a 2003 Dodge Caravan?

Hi Shane,
I don't believe so, but I will know better when I get the 2002 manual I am expecting in a day or so. In the '98 manual it says to remove the glove box (open door, remove check straps from either side, rotate door downward to release hooks), remove the blower motor cover which is held in place on the bottom of the unit by four hex head screws, then feed the wiring through the housing then finally remove the three screws that hold the motor inside the housing.
If I see it is different I'll get back to you.
