QuestionI have a 1998 Seabring convt. Try to start and it turns and then cuts out. after 3-5 times it keeps turning and starts. Know for sure it is not the battery and don't think it is the starter. What do you think?

You would best get a handle on this by getting a fault code readout from the engine computer. Go to an Autozone parts store (for free readout) or an independent garage (for about $40) and ask for the 4-digit fault code numbers (if any), what they mean, what they recommend, and how much. Then write back and we'll compare notes.
There are several possibilities and the code will focus us toward one that is probably the cause.
