Chrysler Repair: 1994 Voyager Low Heat Output, postage stamps, dash panel

Question
About 2 years ago I had the evaporator replaced on my van, and some time later the controls for the heat "froze", ie: no motion.  After working it cold to hot etc, it moved freely, due to the cable coming off the control assy. Easy to fix.  Now a year later, there is no heat, only a trickle, but I don't hear the door opening/closing.  It did stick again, but the cable is still attached to the control panel. I think the cable came off the air blend door actuator.  Can I get to the top of the door from the front of the dash?  Or maybe from the side.  My manual only tells me how to take off the dash, which I don't think I can do by myself.  Chrysler does not sell the door and actuator any longer so I need to see if it's just an adjustment.  Your previous answers on this subject for a '94 & '98 seems to suggest that I might get to it.

Answer
Hi Martin,
I have the '93 and '95 manuals and they are different as regards the access to the blend air door and the connection cable. The '93 dash does not have a passenger air bag, and the '95 does. In either case the best thing for me to do would be to copy the pages that you will need. It costs me about 6 cents per page to copy and the postage to get these to you. If you would like the info please let me know which type of dash panel that you have. You can reimburse me with 42 cent postage stamps after you receive the pages. In either case some disassembly of the dash is required to reach the blend door lever.

PS Use the 'thank/rate' tab to get back to me with the info and your postal mailing address, without having to wait for me to be available to take a question. There is a space for comments, to which I will respond.

Hi Martin,
OK, I'll copy 8 sides from the '95 manual and postal mail them to you. If you will send me back two 42 cent stamps that will cover my costs. To what address should I mail these.

PS Thank you for the evaluation and nomination
