Ok i have a 1999 Intrepid 2.7 and it won't start. I have tested the coils and they get power but no ground. I've replaced the crank sensor already and looking to see what's next. thank you.

Hi Paul,
The cam sensor's failure would also cause this symptom.
Try the ignition key:"on-off-on-off-on and leave on" doing that is 5 seconds or less elapsed time. Then watch the odometer window to see if the mileage changes to read a 4-digit code(s). If not, then a plug-in reader to the socket under the dash by the steering column will be necessary to get a code. When you say no ground I assume that you are not seeing any pulsing to ground on the primary coils' drive wires. The codes for the sensors are 0340 and 0320, cam and crank sensors, respectively.
