Chrysler Repair: windshield wiper arm, windshield wiper arm, postal mail

My Chrysler 1994 Concord windshield wiper control arm fell off while during a heavy rain.I wonder where is the control arm motor located and how can I fix it or replace it?

Hi Bob,
By control arm do you mean the part that connects the motor to the pivot? If so, you remove the wiper arms (lift off glass, the rock the arm socket off the pivot. Disconnect the hose. Remove the rear hood seal with the cowl top plastic screen, and disconnect the washer inline connector. That should give you access to the control arm and the wiper motor.  Let me know if you would like a couple of pages from the manual which I can xerox and postal mail to you.
